Review by hotel critic
Upon checking into Bayside Hotel on 100 Pixley Kaseme Street, my experience was a mix of both luxury and value. The room service was prompt, the housekeeping was diligent in providing fresh towels daily, and the toiletries were of good quality. However, there were a few drawbacks that affected the overall value proposition. The room lacked proper soundproofing, and the doors were noisy when closing. There were issues with pests such as cockroaches, which was a bit off-putting. The amenities like the electric kettle and flat-screen TV were functional but basic.Although the hotel's location near shops, restaurants, and the beach was convenient, the presence of pests and noise level were factors that compromised the luxury experience. For travelers seeking a middle ground between cost and quality, Bayside Hotel offers a decent stay with room for improvement. In conclusion, my time at Bayside Hotel was satisfactory, but for those with a discerning eye for luxury, it may fall slightly short of expectations.
